To fulfill successful international exchange projects there are several players that are involved in the cooperation. Within the project we determined the following players:

1. Management of schools or VET institutions
2. Teacher / staff
3. Students
4. Hosting company or institution

All these players need to interact together. If you want to start international exchange projects and make them sustainable it is highly important to involve all these players, respect their perspective and agree on the common goal that share all of them.

With this module we would like to create a guideline for all these four groups of players how to interact in international projects. We want to spread our experiences that were helpful for our partnership to make international exchange sustainable for each of these players. We hope that – sharing our experiences – we motivate more people to invest in international exchange and to gain experiences that are life changing.
